For Matcha and Chocolate lovers ! Fluffy chocolate cake in between chocolate cream topped with Matcha chestnut paste and nuts.

Made with Japanese Chestnut paste ( 栗を使いました ) and Matcha Powder.   

Cocoa Mont Blanc - チョコレートモンブラン

 

Very chocolaty ! Fluffy chocolate sponge cake in between chocolate cream.

Made with Japanese Chestnut Paste ( 栗を使いました ) Valrhona chocolates
and Hazelnuts.
