Nonya Kueh or Straits Chinese Kueh(cakes) are made
from a variety of fulsome and flavourful ingredients such as
coconut milk, pineapples, tapioca,
palm sugar and key ingredient - pandan leaves.







Walking down Joo Chiat and Katong areas in Singapore

we can find many shops with charms of the

Peranakan and Nonya Heritage.




We created our range of Nonya Cakes with some
 characteristics of these traditional food
and desserts love by many!

A fluffy pandan sponge, authentic Gula Melaka
Palm Sugar from Melaka made

Next using unpolished black glutinous rice combined
the usage of both the palm and rock sugar we created
our next Pandan Cake variety -


Azuki Red Bean Pandan Cake


Azuki Red Bean boiled to perfection
soft yet whole bean is retained 



And ... next using Japanese Azuki Red Bean
combined again with the usage of both the palm
and rock sugar



Nonya Kaya Cake 






And ... next we created using the same Pandan sponge a
Kaya Jelly that sandwich the sponge together !
